Vehicle Inspection A mandatory requirement for the driver to start and complete their routes An odometer reading is captured to track the starting and ending mileage for a route and is compared to planned route distances for operators’ scrutiny Drivers are required to mark all items indicating they have been inspected and are able to mark any of the items with an issue

Performance Statistics Drivers are presented with an overall completion rate, represented by a percentage, as well as a weekly view of received and completed work items We have found that many of our customers use the overall completion rate as a KPI in determining bonus percentages either quarterly or annually
